		<description>It's usually been my experience that it is better to build that bridge than not at all, but I like your style though.  Setting rules and boundaries... gotta admire that! :)

I think part of the excitement for me is how easy it is to build those connections.  Facebook has actually streamlined some of the headaches around communication.</description>

		<description>I agree completely - Facebook and work are difficult partners.

I've got myself into a little bit of trouble here by accepting close colleagues as friends whilst ignoring more distant ones.  I'm sure that's had an effect on my relationship with those people I ignored.</description>
